Expectations for Followers of Christ
- Manifest the fruit of the Spirit (Gal. 5:22-23; Col. 3:12-14).
- Seek righteousness, mercy, and justice (Prov. 21:3; Micah 6:8).
- Uphold human dignity and the sanctity of marriage (Gen. 1:27; Heb. 13:4).
- Practice wise stewardship of resources (Gal. 5:13-14).
- Live a peaceful, prayerful, and Godly life (1 Thess. 4:11; Heb. 10:25).
- Be a witness for the Gospel and resolve conflicts biblically (Acts 1:8; Matt. 18:15-17).
Prohibited Behaviors
- Blasphemy, lying, stealing, dishonesty, and gossip (Exod. 20:7; Col. 3:8-9).
- Sexual immorality, idolatry, and jealousy (Gal. 5:19-21).
- Adultery, fornication, and all sexual relations outside biblical marriage (Lev. 18:22; Rom. 1:21-27).
Students at Lordland University are expected to adhere to these biblical principles in all aspects of their lives, both within and outside the university community.
